Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We are committed to providing high-quality gemstones, crystals, and jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-Day Return & Refund Policy under the terms outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The product is significantly different from the description provided on our website.
  • The item is returned in its original condition, unused, unworn, and with all original packaging, tags, certificates, and accessories included.

To be eligible for a return, proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, customization, and product integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized jewelry.
  • Engraved products.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper care after delivery.
  • Products returned without original packaging or certification (where applicable).
  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items marked as non-refundable.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us process your request quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photographs of the product.
  • Photographs of the packaging (if applicable).
  • A brief description of the issue.

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order details and reason for the return.
  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions.
  4. Securely package the item and ship it to the address provided by our support team.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank, payment provider, or credit card issuer.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

7. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items subject to product availability.

If you wish to exchange a product for a different gemstone, crystal, jewelry item, size, or design, please contact our support team. Any price difference may need to be paid or refunded accordingly.

8. Natural Gemstone & Crystal Disclaimer

Please note that gemstones and crystals are natural products. Variations in:

  • Color
  • Pattern
  • Texture
  • Shape
  • Size
  • Natural inclusions

are normal characteristics and should not be considered defects. Product photographs are provided for reference purposes, and slight variations may occur between the images and the actual item received.

9. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to the return process outlined in this policy.
